Well first of all your already friend zoned, You need to meet up with her (isolate), Kino and make your intentions known that you want more.

Need to break out of it by making your moves. The above post says isolate her, which is a good idea... Get her somewhere so it's just the two of you. Above also says kino ( Touching or physical contact with a female ) and escalate while having a basic convo. Make SUUURE you don't get nervous, she will sense this.

After that just be direct with her. Tell her you want her and won't take no for an answer. I guess if you do everything right with complete confidence you can kiss her at that point.
