I have read the pick up artist by mystery and seen several videos with gambler and adam lyons. I think i have a rough grasp of what should (key word should) happen. What im not so clear on is winging. How am i meant to introduce him? Am i meant to approach on my own then introduce my wing? etc. Any help would be of great use.
Thanks.

If its your first time I would just go out and try to talk to girls (hopefully on their own) and see what happens. See if you can apply everything you've learned. And once you've got a slight grasp of things you can try it with a wing.
But to answer your question you could just say "hey you gotta meet my friend" and holler at him to come on over.

Another quick question you know when it comes to body language what sort of thing should i be doing? Ive read some stuff about this and its kinda mixed. The whole opening over the shoulder thing i think looks unnatural but still im open to suggestions and i should only effectively turn my body towards her as a reward kind of thing?

For nightgame - I've barely done any and when I have its been college parties with classmates and I never had to think about it. I believe in night game it might be a bit different because your going in indirect so your body language should match this.
