hi guys, im here to try and boost my self confidance and become confident in who i am , as i have always been to worried in what people think of me, and how i am precieved, my problem is that because of the lack of confience, i dont know how to start to approach girsl and keep the conversation going

, im not a bad looking guy, but the lack of confidance all comes from problems in the past, as i used to have really bad ache( alot better thought) i wear glasses whcih i hate, but only wear for work now, instead wear contacts for socializing, and when i was younger i knocked 2 of my front teeth out

annd with all that put together it really hit my confidance, and just can not seem to get out of that state of mind who is going to want to date me, i am 20 and feel as i need to make a change, as i have never had a gf or even kissed a girl due to the above, im ashamed to admit it, but i will,

is there any advice you guys can give me that will help ?

I've gone through similar stuff dude, you'll read and watch alot of things that tell you just to get over it and go out there and attempt but I know its harder than that.

In terms of not having a gf or a K close... don't worry about it man, try not to dwell on it as it will happen, I know it will happen because your going down the right path because your on this forum. I guess you've read the game by neil strauss... if not pick that up as its the staple for this stuff.

To finalize though just take it steady, everything will come just attempt little things to start. Walk through your local town or supermarket and just say hello to everyone, not everyones a prick and you'll get some nice smiles which will help you.

Get out there bud and have fun, its not all serious and you don't have to get laid with every conversation with a girl.
