Hello fellow PUAs I finally decided to register and post on this forum because well, I find myself needing a decent amount of improving to do and I like this site. I think its helpful and a good environment to learn from.

Just some background - I'm 21 in the military and decent looking - fit of course but I find myself talking to women and losing their interest before I can set up a date. I am by no means a virgin, but I feel off my game not having been single for long for about a year and a half now, just need to brush off the charm and put it back to use.

Suggestions are definitely welcomed, oh and nice to meet you all in advance.

Hey Demosthenes, welcome to the forum. Improvement comes from reading and practicing, so you'll have to do a lot of that. The reading is necessary so you get to understand the logic behind social interactions. Practicing is important to internalize a congruent behavior that attracts women.
