Hey guys

New at the forum, good to meet you all, been lurking around for a bit and finally signed up.

I'm from Scandinavia, you know that cold place up north where they eat lots of bacon and a bucket of boiling water will fall down as snow if you throw it out during wintertime. The good thing about Scandinavia though, is that we have gorgeous women.

I've been into the PUA community, but without contributing much, for about six years, and been in a five year relationship in that period. Needless to say, I'm fucking rusty when it comes to picking up women after these years, so I need a major touchup on my skills.

Basically, I used to be pretty good with women based on my looks (I'm not ashamed to say that I have a pretty face ). After college though, that has turned. I gained some weight and lost my job at one point, which really hurt my confidence, and I've found picking up women much harder after this. After 6 months of workouts and really digging my new job, I'm slowly getting back into shape both phsycally and emotionally, but I'm finding it extremely difficult to talk to women nowadays, which is unusual for me. I used to work in the fashion industry, which forced me to be extremely outgoing, but now that I work in the office, I feel my social skills have declined a bit.

Anyway, that's my life story, looking forward to future discussions, and hoping I can contribute something too.
