Hey everybody, I'm Tonic from South Australia. I made the transition to the forum from our own AdelaideFraternity forum, in the hope that I made increase my knowledge and confidence.

I'm 21, a bartender and uni student, and through the Fraternity I run approach anxiety and lifestyle seminars every fortnight.

I've recently started learning Qi Gong with a mate of mine and am interested in exploring the spiritual aspects of life as much as anything else.

I'm looking to make friends, and learn as much as I can from as many different people.
