That's great. If you manage your self-improvement program three at a time instead of several dozens at a time, your efforts will be focused instead of dispersed. I would recommend three aspects for the time being:
- 1. Verbal. Learn masculine talk to attract more females. Masculine talk is direct, sure and leads. For starters, remove these from your vocabulary, "Do you wanna...", "Do you like...", "What are we going to do next...", "Can I...".
2. Nonverbal. Rather than talk about your good masculine qualities, show these instead. When you stand or walk, stomach in and chest out, look straight (never look down) and relax. Do some lunges on a regular basis so your legs are naturally stronger and sturdier without the try hard "alpha male" stance. Girls unconsciously notice the way you stand up and walk. Your legs should show strength and fitness naturally and doing lunges is the best way to achieve this effect.
3. Physical. Losing weight is a good start. You can also trim your nose hairs, trim your uni-eyebrow so it's back to two eyebrows instead of one straight line, change your wardrobe and so on. Look around what other guys wear that your target demographic chicks like. Better yet, ask your female friends what looks good on you.

Cutting down on food volume is not good if you don't eat right. Get more fiber into your diet like oat meals and fruits. You can also eat lots of steamed okra (good for your erection). Drastic weight loss is bad for your health. Focus on your health first. When you're healthy, you'll look good. The other way around only has short term benefits. Aim for the long term health benefits. This will save you time and effort in the long run. I can't find the scientific journal on the ideal weight loss per week right now but I can say it appears you're losing weight too fast.
