Yea Argentin, do not tell her that you guys can't see each other until she breaks up with her boyfriend, just go out with your home boy and meet other women. If she comes by or calls you and ask whats going on, just tell her you been busy or meeting other people and she will get the picture. Once she sees that you have other women in your life she will want to be attracted to you more. If not at least you will have other women in your life and you will not have to be obsessed with her.

Well if you really want to be with her then take it easy. continue sleeping with her. Continue being there for her when she needs someone. She will eventually see her boyfriend as someone who is not there for her. since there are no more feeling involved. then she will eventually break up with him and volia there you go! (:

But I recommend you to look another path, theres so many more girls for you (:

Or you can try both! since that girl you mentioned is probably going to take some time to wake up (:
