G'day one and all,

I'm going by the name Brisk82 as I'm a 30 year old fella so that means I was born in 82 (And Brisk was already taken, sorry if that's you)
As I've said in the topic I'm a humble Aussie guy who has just found out that I know almost nothing about the game and I keep coming back to learn more. In fact tomorrow I start from the very beginning and will be working on my A1 game. Being a salesman I'll probably just keep talking but it's a band gig so I'll be able to have something else to do.
A mate of mine read Style's book "The Game" and recommended it to me, i'm only 69 pages in and I'm astounded at how little I know. I found MPUA because the most resonating part in the book so far is where Style talks about how meeting a PUA and asking for advice, attending a workshop or joining a forum is the same as admitting that you're really only half a man. I've had to admit that to myself, I've known that I was lost with women for a long time, if I wasn't lucky I'd end up in bed alone thinking back on the night and realising, "OH DAMN, why didn't I go for some time alone, or ask the question to come home, she was obviously into me!"
So here I am but I'm so glad to have taken this step (or steps if you include the book)
I love the idea of using psycology and body language as a DHV or even just the icebreakers, the openers to interact with groups of people and become the centre of attention. I play poker live mostly so I love body language and I've always been interested in dream interpretation as well so I bet that will work well in the months to come. I'm in a scottish band so kilts are always on the agenda and it's always a conversation starter, some good, some lame..... actually reading all this I wonder why the bloody hell I'm in the position I'm in.
I hope to interact a lot with this forum and get hints and tips on completing my game and getting confidence from success in the field. I'm already changing my perspective on rejection which has stopped me from talking to 7s or above and It'll be interesting to see how I go with the 3s rule. After all this I hope to find someone I don't really need to "game" and find that she's someone special that can make me as happy as I do her. For the mean time I need to feel like a man again and I can't wait to interact with you all.
