Checking in from Charlotte, NC... new to the site, been working on learning this PUA material for about 4 months now. Still AFC status but slowly getting better!

I'm a decent looking guy with a great career, but can be sky and have approach anxiety. Usually once I'm over that hurdle, I'm not half bad but tend to do one stupid thing and it goes cold.

Welcome. I'm sure the clubs are great where you live. You'll have fun gonig out and meeting new people. Especially with all the good books out there giving so many good tips.

What's up, I may be able to get around Charlotte some time depending on what I am doing and stuff so just letting you know that first.

Well what you say about how you do one stupid thing and then it goes cold... first of all keep trying. Change your perception of it. You don't fail, you are learning! That is a significant difference.

Also, when you notice that you have made a mistake, try to recover by making a joke about it and showing that you can handle the situation even if you did something bad. That shows you have confidence and trust in your own character.

As for approach anxiety, just fight it by making yourself go out there and talk to random girls. There is plenty of things you can do. Go for some field training and just do street game. Head out and approach HBs and just make conversation, pay attention to how they respond to different phrases, approaches and stories.
Then you can always go full frontal for your approach anxiety and crush it by just forcing yourself to go through some rejection. For example go for the 25 kisses within 10 seconds challenge. Approach 25 different HBs and go for a kiss within the first 10 seconds of talking. After that you should have an easier time just approaching them with an opener and making conversation because that is not as pressuring.
