Anyone know an easy way to try and shift it?
Once I'm in a set, I own it. I just keep ignoring the 3second rule and instead I talk myself out of it.
Any in-field ideas I can use? Currently using anchoring!

You just have to push yourself to approach man. Approach regardless of 3 second rule. It is good to approach right away but there is no LAW on it.. Approaching period is better than not at all..
