Yo, I'm Marcus and I'm just learning about this PUA world. I'm 26 and from London, and have literally just decided its time to get involved in this.

Gynophobia (my nickname) is the fear of women, while I wouldn't say I'm afraid of them, I'm certainly appalling at approaching them romantically. I'm hoping in a few months time that my nickname will be more ironic than fact.

Aside from that, I'm just about to start reading The Game for the first time and will be trying to read some of the posts and get involved in the community. I've watched a few videos, but never really acted on anything but I've decided now is time to change that.

Read people's opinions carefully. Many will pimp their own site or product - I'm always leary of those with an agenda. You'll discern who's full of shit rather quickly.

Figure out the concepts and the rest falls into place. Accept what sounds legit and embrace it - forget what doesn't seem to be YOU. Find everyone's CONCEPTS and develop your own game, otherwise you'll be a parrot that may get laid on occasion, but you'll be truly below what you could be doing.


...and the whole time you're doing the reading, watching and thinking - ensure you're opening at least 10 sets PER DAY every day.

I'm doing a lot of reading at the moment to find something that I think will suit me. I've got a mate who is a great PUA who's gonna take me out and wingman me, give me a few pointers, so should hopefully have some more things to post up in the week or two.

For now I'm in sponge mode! Absorbing as much as I can. Cheers for the advice.

I had a model come onto to me the other week, I completely did not expect it as I was kind of still pining over my ex, but because I was happy, content with myself and all of the above, she came on to me.
