Ok, this is going to sound really weird....maybe to anyone who hasn't been in this position. Imagine that you're married and when you got married everything was fine and you got sex often enough. Then fast track that 10 years and a few kids later and you have a wife that doesn't seem interested or attracted in you anymore and you're lucky to get sex once every week or so.
Well, what to do??? So I searched and found this 'course' on how to make a wife attracted to you again. Basically it's like this, forget all the politically correct bullshit, forget about all that 'communication' and gifts and junk. Because women are biologically attracted to the alpha male. They want to fuck the marry the alpha male, but once married they either consciously or subconsciously change him into a beta male. The problem is that she's not biologically attracted to a beta male, only alpha style males. All the 'open communication' channels and talking about feelings are things that women 'think' they want and 'think' they are attracted to...but they aren't. They want a dominant guy to pick them up and fuck their brains out.
So, in this course, on how to get your wife attracted to you again, the homework is to go out and phone-close on 10 women. Get the phone number and throw it away. The object isn't to fuck these women but to get an understanding that there are 3 billion women out there and no one woman is worth drama after drama. It will give confidence in the guy to then be able to become that confident alpha male in the relationship again.
So here I am. Hard though when I haven't dated in over 10 years and are 45 yold with grey balding hair. However, I hair cut with a number 1 clippers and do body building and have the body of a 25 yold. I've been going out at lunchtimes from work and trying to talk to women. Only problem is that I've found that I'm not very motivated to talk to over 40s women because there just don't seem to be many attractive 40-ish women around. So I end up talking to girls in their 20s. I haven't phone-closed yet on any of them, but I have been surprised at how willing these women are to talk and chat about stuff, so I do have some resurgence in confidence in this area, and also at home.

I started the post by saying this will sound weird and I'll end it likewise....I'm learning to be a PUA so I can re-attractivate my wife and have a loving sensual and sexual relationship with her again. Such irony.

Anyone else in a similar situation?
