Hi,

I am David from southern England. I am 37 but have been told occasionally I look "late twenties" but I am quite baby-faced as well (no defined bone structure). I wear glasses occasionally as well as contact lenses.

I won't bore you with the details of my life, regrets and mistakes because I am bit sick of thinking about it, to be honest (which I think is a good step forward). Having said that, I've never got past first base and approaching ladies has always been a huge struggle because I am so self-conscious.

I don't want to sound negative and depressing because I would like to be more confident and I am probably more so than I give myself credit for but I don't feel it all the time.

I've even thought about paying for sex occasionally just to get it out of my system but then I always think to myself "how will I feel afterwards"? Will I feel emptier inside instead of being more confident and will it actually change anything?

So I am here for advice and help on improving matters.
