hi everyone, just joined the site. looking forward to getting out of this funk I'm in. Been single for 3 years now, since the divorce, and am having no luck getting over fear of approaching women/ getting rejected. Need help!

Welcome brother! Be sure tO look around and read everything you can. I would suggest figuring out your starting point then learning from there. And ask a lot of questions!
