Let me tell you why I'm here and what brought me here.

Neil Strauss - The game. It got me a girlfriend after reading it, taught me so much about myself and turned me into a star, well at least for two years anyway...

My girlfriend of almost 2 years broke up with me. We were fast approaching the 2 year stage and were getting clucky (wanting a baby) as well as marriage, we moved in together and were living with each other for 4 months before we broke up. She was an amazing catch, a med student, I watched her flourish into a Doctor.

The break up was pretty brutal and even though it's now been two months since we broke up, I'm still not completely over her. All attempts to contact her have failed, I hit a brick wall with her and need to move on.

I'm here now because I'm left a little broken and need some assistance building myself up again.

I started going out clubbing each weekend again and about three weeks ago I picked up a 39 year old flight attendant, the sex was amazing, I didn't even know her name We caught up again the next week for more.

I initially did a runner when she fell asleep, but was feeling bad about it so left my phone number on a napkin sitting at her door, she called me later that morning with some rather sexy text messages. Two weeks ago I hooked up with her at her place again.

So far, that has been my only pick up, I find it easy to initiate a conversation, and they always seem interested, however I always find myself coming across as too pushy half way through the conversation and they back away. I need to fix this.

I also had a female friend, who gave a few indications of interest and was hurting from a break up with her cheating boyfriend. Didn't take much to start making out with her and have a bit of titty play. We are still friends too

Now I'm re-reading "The Game" to rebuild myself completely (I'm still hurting badly from my ex, she destroyed me). I'd forgotten about that book, probably the most influential book I had ever read, changed my life.

I need a wing to give some assistance fixing me, anyone here from Tasmania?
