Start by reading "THE GAME - Neil Strauss". If you're interested after
that, read "Mystery Method - Magic Bullets" That should start you off right ;)

Weather is not a factor when doing the newbie mission. Just goto a mall
or a coffee shop and get it done, don't use the weather as an excuse.
