Hello everyone.
I have been a member on this site for a few weeks now after reading that one book everyone here has read 'The Game'. However I didn't post when I first joined. this is because I just thought it was a 'Phase' and the initial 'eye opening' message that the book seem to give me was unsustainable and wouldn't last, however, for myself anyway it was like opening Pandora's box, I started to notice patterns in everyday socializing between friends and just people in general, this then caused a near addiction to the acquisition of knowledge, and now after reading many more books not only on 'Game' but self improvement in general, I have decided that I will try to become more involved in a community of like minded individuals.
If I am honest I believe that most of us will become successful with whatever we want to achieve by coming onto this website because only people who really care and want to improve their life would spend time on websites like this and read numerous books and posts on what is a very testing subject to the majority of the population.
So a little about myself:
At the moment I live in the UK near a city called Lincoln it isn't the biggest city in the world (85000) but there is a University so that provides a decent nightlife and most importantly a wealthy amount of females.
As I said earlier I got into 'the game' by reading Neil's book, however since then (September) I have read/listened to many others and I believe that along with reading posts I have a healthy supply of 'canned material' if I need it, I don't have a particular pickup style yet but I would like to think I can build myself a strong natural game as I think this is the most genuine and probably will give me more long term success with the ladies.
I know it's cliche but reading 'The Game' and other titles has really changed my life, if you asked me what my hobbies were pre-September I would have said Gaming (at a bizarrely really high level) and that was about it, now though since I have kicked the habit, spending my weekends are for socializing and the week is for concentrating on my education, is a more attractive lifestyle. This funnily enough has not really been met well with my friends some of them are trying to follow in my footsteps after seeing my success already while other complain saying how i'm not being myself anymore, I do agree with that in the sense i'm not my old self anymore , but now I am my best self not a socially inept underachiever that was a really good call of duty player. 'My personality changed, or to put it rightly, I completely changed my personality' it goes something like that anyway
The only real problem now is that I shouldn't be on this forum because of it's over 18 policy I am in fact only 17, whether this came through in my writing I do not know.
Whether I get banned off of the forum is out of my hands, however if this is the case I will be slightly disappointed, although I cannot 'Hit' the town for a few months, I have already made changes for the better in my life, I now have more house parties coming up in the next month (6) than in my entire life previous. This just goes to show that even though I can't practice game fully it still has improved my not only social but life in general.
