I don't have so much time to introduce myself :/ and no this isn't a false time constraint

I live near Madrid, 23 y.o. male, finishing my engineering degree. I've read The Game (translated as El Metodo, The Method, in Spain) and some stuff in some blogs or forums. I know about this since a female friend of mine (who is quite feminist) told me not to read it, something like:

Her: There's this book out there which is sexist and tells you about picking up girls... Know a few guys who read that thing and I can't stand them now, don't ever read it or we won't be friends anymore.

So... what else could I do I put it into practise of course, But not entirely -for example, I'm not afraid of being rejected by someone I don't know, so I don't really look for IOI's to close...

My apologies if my English is lame btw. Let me start with one question:
When talking to girls who are in that "I'm ugly, I'm fat, I'm stupid" mood, how are you supossed to react? You can't neg them since they're already negative about themselves, but cheering them up would be what everyone would do, so...

In response to your question, when a woman is putting herself down like that, the best way to deal with it is to ignore it. Do not fall into it since most likely she's just looking for validation. She wants you to tell her she's pretty and a bunch of nice things, but in reality that lowers your value (like you said, everyone else is doing it).

Simply say something like "Oh, stop it.." and change the subject. Do not let her run wild with these thoughts especially while hanging out with you.

Quizas debi de haber dicho todo esto en espanol (ya que es mi idioma natal) pero pense que ya que hay otras personas que leen esto, ellos se podrian beneficiar con el material.

Si quieres chequea los links que tengo en el are "signature" para que encuentres material que te puede servir en tu proceso de aprendizaje.
