I'm after a little tactical advice...

I am on a vacation in Maui, I've made a connection with a HB9 bar girl/waitress at the resort I'm staying at. Basically after some flirting a couple night back, and a female wingman having a word for her telling her how great I am and that how I had said to her in private that I though we might have a connection, the bar girl was all like oh he's so nice... Anyway, she has told me she thinks I'm really nice, given me free drinks and we keep catching a minute here and there to talk. But she is busy running around serving everyone (the bar is very busy as my company has 2000 people here!) The girl is very nice, and I'm surrounded by couples so apart from a couple of other girls I'm making progress with here, there is not much choice on offer... Anyway the Bar girl is a quite person, doesn't like to to drink or go out at night, but does like the beach and staying home... Basically I am party animal so she is totally different to girls I normally meet. A big part of my game is drinking with girls, showing them a great time and talking the pants off them. This is proving tough given the little time I get to send with this chick.

She offered me her number which I took.

Should I approach her differently or should I just be my normal, cocky, arrogant but sweet self?

well basically i think that every person is different and appeals to different things, so sometimes you need to make adjustments that will suit each and every girl.
i sometimes find myself emphasizing specific parts of my personality for one girl and other parts for another, so maybe you shouldnt hide your c&f attitude but put an emphasis on your more sensitive and home-loving side (of course without being a wuss )
But well, maybe she can surprise you.

Thanks for the advice! I just returned from vacation. I think the fact that this girl saw me talking to a few other girls, made things a bit more awkward. I hooked up with one girl for 3 nights, and another for 1 night and had a few others I was talking to in the bar regular. This was all good as I was less bothered about the bar girl once other chicks were on the scene.

dnt bound urself to one standard game plan. One plan doesnt works for all galz. For me, i have dfrnt style, one 4 party galz, one for shy nd mummy dady type galz, and one for when i want quick sex, one for when i want a special relation and so on. And i am getting mind blowing results, when i go out, i am sure to get a gal within 20 mints. Bring variety in ur game. Drunk game z nt a game at all
