Just joined the forum, I have looked at it before but finally made the jump!

Well, I joined because I guess I have a lot to learn here! I just got out of an 8 year relationship with a girl and I am only 23!!! So, I never had to "pick up" girls due to having one forever.

So, this is going to be a new venture for me, but you gotta start sometime huh?!?! lol

Anyway, I live by the beach and the water is pretty much everything to me! I love scuba diving and spearfishing, attempted surfing a few times (none of which were successful lol), I am pretty much into anything that has to do with the beach or the outdoors! I also train MMA six nights a week when I am at home and is SUPER fun haha. As far as food, I think my favorite would be Sushi by far!!

If anyone needs to know anything else just let me know!

Wow. An 8 year relationship is pretty serious!

My advice is just go easy on yourself right now. There's definitely a bit of a recovery period in getting out of a relationship, so make sure that as you're learning new things and trying new things in pickup, it will be important for you (particularly YOU) to take care of yourself and reward yourself every now and again for the little successes.

What are your goals coming into all of this? Where would you like to be with women 6 months to a year from now? I'll do my best to help see that happen
