Have you considered starting with online dating? this is a great, low-risk way to start meeting women and building your self-confidence. I actually created a course on this which I'm SPAM for free, just check my signature. Start there, it will help you to build up your confidence and inner game.

At the same time you're doing that, I'd recommend finding a cool wingman who also wants to improve his game, confidence, and success with women. Start going out with him to whatever places you can, whether that's bars, clubs, free festivals, parks, malls, yoga classes, whatever. There's billions of places to meet women.

I'd recommend start with the free course, then maybe check out some of Carlos Xuma's stuff but make SURE you don't ever take on more than one book or program at a time because it will slow down your learning.
