Newbie here. Newly single 25y.o.. Long term relationship ended, and feeling I need to get some game on.
A couple of years ago my best mate was heavily into the PUA mentality. He did quite well. It was during this stage I met my now-ex girlfriend by just flying in on positive cues. Took me 5 minutes and it was done.
I still suffer from some AA. It doesn't help that my best mate does not suffer from AA but has terrible game. I'm OK (and yes, just OK) with my game, but feel I need to sort it out with all the stuff here.
Looking back, the way I always got my girlfriends was with a direct confident approach and always asking questions for positive responses. Build up the positive, close, done. But it's my AA that prevents me from usually getting there!
Anyway, hope to read around and learn from all of you a little better, improve my approaches and game and, eventually, hope to give something back.
Thanks!

I have no problems in a situation where it's expected of me to talk with a HB. Whether that be buying coffee, newspaper, restaurant, whatever, I am completely confident in that and seem to have no AA at all - probably because it's expected of me?
Whereas in an open social setting (house party/club/street), the AA rears its damn ugly head.
Any suggestions to help eliminate my AA as a first step would be great. Obviously it'll help with experience, but are there any techniques around to help?
Thanks!
