Hello,
I'm a damn Yankee recently relocated to the Midwest, SE Wisconsin. I used to live in the mid-South, Tennnessee, for over twenty years. After being married twice with the second wife passing away due to morbid obesity health issues, I now want to become a dynamic alpha man who will attract with confidence a dynamic passionate woman who wants something real. Now I'm 52 though I've been told I look like I'm in my 40's, so I feel confident about my looks although there's always a little room for improvement in tone and self-image.

I got into the "game," so to speak, because I'd like to develop greater confidence when it comes to attracting women and developing relationships with them. I'd rather explore my new-found freedom, rather than "settling" or being a serial marrying type. That's my "goal," I guess you could say. I'm trying a new career since the profession of teaching wasn't for me. I have the preconception that women want someone who isn't a bum or a momma's boy, they want an alpha male with a job or steady $, probably part of that evolutionary instinct-not that I'm looking to have more children of my own. As to studying the art of picking up women, it's only something I've been reading about for less than a year. This isn't something I have money to spend on, no matter how much of a good deal the cd's and seminars are.

Yet, I am willing to make changes in my behavior to effect my outcomes with women. Relating to women in a confident way was not something my father taught me, like many other guys , I suppose. If it was I wouldn't be here. I've some of Carlos Xuma's articles which make common sense. So as to what pickup methods I've consciously used so far is none, though I hope that will change soon as I'm taking Carlos' insights to heart. I do need to expand my social circle, but going out requires money sometimes. I hate being a mooch. I'm getting back on my feet financially speaking after losing job, wife and house. Once I have enough money, I plan on moving in with a old friend from high school who needs a roommate instead of staying where I am now.

I'm a creative type of person, I like food, so I like gardening and cooking. While I like to read and write, I strive to write haiku, some good, some bad. I like the outdoors, thus going fishing and camping. So, I know I have interests that can are mutual to some females. Although I don't want the high maintenance fashion model types, I'm not going to settle for the old maid types and the damaged goods, either. I know I have value, it's just the way to demonstrate it I need to get better at, IMO. I'm glad there's a forum like this where I can learn from others and develop to become an alpha man.
