Hi guys (and girls)
Imaginary here, I'm 29, currently living in Paris (the city of love ), just got into pickup. I have almost no field experience, and although I did have a few girls, most of them decent-looking, too, I've always felt that it "just happened". I'd really like more control when it comes to attracting girls. So I guess this is what I'm here for.
Funny enough, just a couple of days after I registered with the forum, I finally got a girl I'd been courting for two weeks, and we're kinda going out now. I know she's not the right girl for me (how do I put it?.. she's too fucked up), so I intend to learn what I came here for in the first place, regardless of her existence.
I got into the game, I think, after reading "The Game". It completely blew my mind away. For a while I just let the knowledge sink in and only occasionally I'd use a neg or other low-geared stuff. But a couple of weeks ago I found a guy who's just perfect as a wing. He's young, enthusiastic, and cool, too. So I started reading around the forum and in other places, and I intend to start practicing very soon.
As I said, I have little to none field experience so I can't judge any of the methods, but from what I read I think I like most the stuff by Gunwitch (and the variation by Chief - incidentally I used it on the current girl ), and in general I think I'd like to learn natural game. It's just that learning countless routines doesn't seem the way to go.
Goals? Well, actually for now I only want to taste pickup for some time, probably a couple of years, and eventually I wanna find the right girl for me to create a family with. My profession requires traveling for the next couple of years, not the ideal environment to foster an LTR, so I decided to give PU a try.
I guess that's enough for an introduction.

Hi thanks for the comment! I think many guys want to establish marriage when they've gone through the game. They'll eventually realize that they should do something else. That's why it's a great stepping stone in achieving what you really want in life. I know I'll definitely get bored of the lifestyle and maybe settle down OR in the process of being a future PUA I'll run into my partner in life. And I think your lucky to live in paris because I find french girls to be sexy.
