New to MPUA Forum

So i have been reading up on this for over 3 years now, and due to my job i never have enough time to fully develop my game. Im also constantly moving to and from the united states, and the coworkers that i work with are a tough crowd to game with. I just need some serious advice. I appreciate any help, thanks guys...
