I got into the game because I've always been the nice-guy AFC, but I consider myself good looking with good confidence already so I got 'lucky', it's college. But underneath always wanted the PUA lifestyle.

How long you've been studying and practicing pickup: I'm very observational, but literally started gorging through PUAF material yesterday.

Preferred pickup method(s): 3s rule, everything is pretty social where I am and I don't really have a problem approaching girls at a party. I'm in a fraternity so social environments aren't hard to find. I'm really observational though so I may opt for this if I'm somewhere with friends and I can observe without looking like a loner.

Hobbies/passions: I love Muay Thai/MMA, soccer, good wine, all sorts of stuff. But, 'the chase' gives me a rush and it's becoming an addiction/passion.

Goals: I want to educate myself from PUAF and other methods/PUAs, and apply the things I've learned to tweak my lifestyle, not just with women, but in general. I've observed, since I found PUAF, that some new guys don't always see the bigger picture. I want to improve as a man, as a person, FClosing more girls will just be the (nice) side effect of learning here.

Back story: I've spent entirely too much time in draining LTRs, had 'one-itis' way too many times, and was told via text the other night after doing something small (but really nice) for a girl, "You're way too nice!"....which was basically my turning point.

Below is my second online #close in the last day since finding PUAF:

(A complete lie to open, which is a risk, but it's a hell of a thing to ignore and I can work around that later)

Her: lol... what bar tho.. petaluma?
(She opens up slightly, exposing she actually was in fact out & about)

Me: Perhaps, I hit both SR and Petaluma. I'm pretty hard to get but you were pretty funny I've gotta hand it to you
(Covering my bases, she's from Santa Rosa (SR) which has a good bar scene, but saying I went to both Petaluma and SR just in case. Also C&F'd her with a line that she has in her profile, 'i'm pretty hard to get', used it to my advantage)

Her: lol.. why was i funny though?? it wdve been petaluma. was i nice to you? or are you being sarcastic
(She's interested now, and has exposed where she was, making my story easier to play out)

Me: You were pretty mean, but most bad girls are What's with you 'being hard to get' anyway, I think you stole that one from me!
(I ignore her first question to keep unnecessary banter/length, bust her balls with something from her profile, turn the convo into me)

Her: LMAO... i was not mean!
and im definately not bad.
sorry if i came across as mean tho... im just shy.
i mean hard to get as in i have alot going on in my head and its hard for people to understand me.
(She's explaining herself to, pretty much, a complete stranger at this point = Hooked)

Me: Hmm, I'm having a hard time believing any of that, but I am heading out for a while. You should text me and we will settle this
(The convo hit a high point, which was my goal, then I leave it cold turkey. I tell her to text me so I can run phone game before setting up a physical D1. I lead her and intentionally leave out my number when I tell her to text me, which encourages a final response, either in the form of her number, or even better, her asking for mine)

Her: lol.. k. u can text me. (Her Number)
(#close on something that honestly took little effort, all while I can focus on my own stuff, other HBs, etc. I can access Myspace on my phone which makes it even easier)

This was my 2nd online PU in the last day. The first one I had, the girl actually apologized because she was super drunk the other night to begin with, and believed everything I fed her. She practically guilt-tripped herself into #closing. I'm thinking about other online open methods that don't involve a complete lie; myspace isn't exactly an online dating site so the intros seem to need a little more attention.
