Hi Guys,

New to the dating scene at 39... Recently divorced after a 10 year marriage, now living in a high-end loft downtown and working on my self image. I'm currently reading "The Game" by Neil Strauss (Style). The Mystery method intrigues me, but I'm still skeptica with that method in Des Moines. I'm starting to classify the ladies in terms of numbers which really helps, I've had problems approaching women above a 6, but as soon as I've classified them, they're a number and not a scary attraction. I consider my former wife a 5.

I think peacocking is important but only if you're not feeling confident at that moment. I'm 6'3" and pretty good looking though overweight (working on that). I do think when you feel the need to peacock it has to be outrageous. I'll explain....

I was a beer binge drinker due the class of people I hung with and stress I had in my marriage. I've upgraded to wine and hang at higher end restaurants. I'm working on my wardrobe. The important thing I've learned in the last few weeks is that you can't be on top of your game if you're f*cked up. This is a huge thing! This isn't obvious to those in the Midwest were there's nothing else to do but drink...

Confidence is everything in this world.

I'm Charisma and new on the scene!
