Hey everyone,

name's Michael, 20 years old, live in Sydney Australia. After a nearly 3 year relationship ended recently, I realised that I have lost a lot of my skills with approaching and talking to women (mainly approaching and opening conversations).

Need to work on my "inner game" and also need to get more mates that actually go out and are good with women! As for the past few weeks I've been trying to get my mates to go out but they're all too busy with working and playing with themselves (most haven't been laid for ages either! some not even at all yet!) and not confident enough yet to go out myself.

Look forward to becoming a part of this community and learning and improving myself a lot!

Hey Mike,

Welcome to the community man. Lots of people here have the same problems as you, so you'll be able to relate. And LOTS of solutions on here, just check up on the threads now and then, and ask any questions you've got cause you'll get some good answers.

I've heard there are lots of hot girls over in Sydney, so that shouldn't be a problem.

I totally sympathize with your lack of confidence. I'm hardly confident enough myself to go out alone. Give this some time and don't be afraid to try new things and you will build your confidence quickly enough.
