Nice to meet you all. Im 24 living in NV. I live in a pretty small town and I work at an Underground Mine. I've been married for the past year and a half and in a serious relationship for 4 years. Now im divorced. I'm a pretty good looking guy, muscular, and live an active lifestyle. I have a really hard time approaching women. The only time I can ever approach them is if I am shit faced at the bar. I have always been pretty shy. Well anyways, it is nice to meet you all and I hope to learn something from this website.

No I am no longer married. Divorced now but yes I am trying to improve my life. I guess I better edit my post

There is only like 2 women who work at the mine I work at. 1 is a butch lesbian and the other is not my type either lol.

But yeah I edited my last post. I am not married anymore. My wife left me about 3 months ago. Im divorced now. Im here because I really need help with my confidence.

How you doing buddy im sorry to hear that your marrige didnt work out. As for confidence and advice your in the rite place.
I think the most consoling factor is you have had women and so you must have some level of game which is a better start than most.
The first mistake you mention is dont get trashed before you talk to women its the biggest AMOG mistake. I would recommend getting Niel Strauss's book called the Rules of the Game. It takes you through a step by step confidence building routine that realy helps no matter how wierd it seems.
I would also say, over a quiet beer watch men chatting to women. Is she interested? Whats he doing that you feel works?

Hey i just wanted to stop by and wish you luck.
First things first. STOP DRINKING.
OR at least limit it to maybe one or two.
We believe in real confidence not liquid courage.
And I have read the rules of the game yeah its a good read but.. i would suggest maybe the Gunwitch method.

Ha ha right guys if you want a massive avatar go on to google, click on images, type in whatever you want an image of and you should get loads of thumbnails. Click on your favorite one. Then it should come up on a screen by itself. Just copy and paste the URL (which is the www. bit) into the "external url" slot in your 'My profile.'
