Hi All,

Galanteadore here. This is my first night in this forum. Well, as with most people here I am in this to increase my social popularity and also give my impatient pessimistic nature a rest. I'm very uncomfortable taking the first step when it comes to women because I come from a very sheltered society where it is considered unacceptable to be a player. But ever since I've moved to the city, things have been a little better for me, albeit in patches. Sometimes, I'm able to talk to many women but on off days, Its very pathetic, to say the least. What should be my first step?

Well.. I'm from India and I'm 22. I am doing my law grads and the college is pretty much regarded as one with much of the potential for scoring with 8s and 9s, if not outright 10s. I just started reading the book, "The Game" by Neil Strauss a few days back and must I say, it has been a real eye-opener for me. I finished the book in 3 days flat and I was interested in checking out how this thing works. I got to say, this thing looks pretty much the works and so I would be really grateful to you guys, if you could help me out with this. One thing, I got to say, the lines and methods such as sidling up to a chick at the bar given in the book don't work as well out here as they do in the West. People are much more conservative and narrow-minded and so I need some effective rules. As for my interests, I'm into football and basically a whole lot of other sports. Apart from that, I really enjoy reading and writing but that has not gotten me laid till date.
Regards my goals, I want to walk up to girls and talk to them without having to undergo the humiliation of rejection in my mind itself. It does not matter if I get blown off a couple of times or hundred till I get it right, but I want to have the courage to do it. I've had a number of girlfriends in the past but I've done it with only 4 of them. And I'm 22!!!
