Hey shapes here, 21,Dublin/Ireland

I recently i noticed i havent been as brave as i use to be when approaching women. I kinda mix up signals or not notice them at at all or loose confidence when i already have done everything that is needed.

Example:
Out on a work party chatting to a few people, there was a group of nurse celerbrating because their training or somthing they had finished, got talking to a few of them, didnt hang around to long as i was worried it would get awkward. so i made a sleek exit , then i noticed a girl on the dancefloor , i couldve sworn she just checked me out, her mate aswell. (one of the girls came over to me as they were leaving told me i lost out on somthing)

Happens again while im working, purely just checked out a girl, i smiled to myself but so she could see, she came back in, asked my why i was smiling.Told her she hot, she smiled back handed me her number. i mucked up because i wouldnt call her back for a reason i still dont know.

Once a i get a bit of banter going , im set but it dosent always click, im just looking for a way where , i worry about what there thinking, awkward siliences creep me out, ......I dunno, hopefully i can find something that will be usefull on this forum
