Hey, Well Im 20 year's old, Never had a girlfriend, never kissed a girl despite seeing the IoI's that she was ready, was extremely anxious on the first and only date I have been on, guess you could say I was your typical nice guy. I found out about this community by accident after watching the Pick Up Artist s1 on VH1 when I was bored.

I started reading up on some stuff D angelo to start with, then mystery, adam lyons, gambler, etc. Also found that alot of this stuff works on the online scene too and I have been trying out alot of different tactics and techniques too see what works best.

Well I got a date lined up for saturday, first time in 4 years, I suffer from social anxiety so I find social situations on a whole very stressful. Alot of the stuff I have been reading/learning has also helped my confidence alot and im extremely grateful for the vast amount of knowledge being shared on these forums

Now too prepare for my date on saturday, wish me luck.

If you're nervous to the point that it's obvious, be honest with your date about it. Just say you're normally a very shy person and leave it at that.

However, I want you to take a look at why you're anxious.

Are you concerned with the possible consequences associated with 'making a move'? That's what gets most people. The thing is - there really aren't any consequences! Worst case scenario is you end up where you started before you approached the girl, BUT you have more experience in dealing with that anxiety!

It really is win-win.
