Ok first off I'm new to this. I recently broke up with my gf 2 months ago and have been a wreck. I am slowly regaining my footin with bein okay with myself. last night i went out with a buddy to a bar and had extreme approach anxiety. I introduced myself to a few girls but never could hold up a conversation. I need help, I need a wingman, I need guidance before my dating life flushes down the drain.
