Hello All,

I'm another newbie and I go by FifthElement. I chose this name because there's a certain girl in the movie that serves as a good reference for potential targets and beyond.

I'm in the Nashville, TN area and I'm 45 and divorced. I take care of myself and play in 3 rock/blues bands.

I got into the game by first reading DeAngelo's "Double Your Dating". I didn't realize there was a science to this in all my years. I have since started watching the advanced dating series, reading "The Game" and working on "value" stock. This has been going on for the past month and the material I've learned has already caused me to re-frame my thinking and encourage me to start trying some of it.

People kid me of being a lot like a secret service agent as I tend to posture myself as such. This tends to lend itself to the cocky funny technique. I also like the opinion opener and using cold readings as openers. (man could I have used some of these with the many opporutnities I've encountered as an AFC). Maybe someone will advise me differently as I meet others in the field.

I'm looking for additional pointers and potential wings that can suggest and critisize constructively. I am totaly absorbed reading the material and memorizing technique. I've also got "Rules of the Game" which I plan to embrace.

I recently bought a Harley as an initiation of doing something that is outside of my comfort zone. That said, I know this PUA thing is doable with the right frame of mind.

Talk to me. Is there anyone else my age? I certainly don't care if you don't. How do we go about practicing this stuff?
