hey whats up all PUAs. been readin a lot on this, especially these forums. very helpful material. but i still got my approach anxiety. hope you guys could help me with my game ;)

Everyone has aproach anxiety. Nlp helps. but most of the time the only thing that works is positive reenforcement. Basically, after you see something works, you're not afraid to use it. After you aproach a few girls, you won't be as afraid to do it again.
