Heya,

I'm a 32 year old wm from the Midwest.

I'm new to all this. Started off by reading Neil's book, so I know all the big names, and some of the lingo.

Bit of background about me. I'm a professional creative and musician. I play in a rock band, and make websites for a living. This should translate to not so many problems in the PUA dept, but I've yet to snag a groupie or even a geek chick since I started my career.

Before my career kicked in, in my early to mid 20's, I was doing ok. My score was 40+, I was dating multiple women who were cool with that, but deep down I had 'the one' syndrome, and it was my downfall. I'm basically looking to start from scratch and rebuild myself.

My old approach was the alt lifestyles community, d/s, bdsm and the like. But I've also taken a break from that. Local bdsm communities tend to be insular. So while I'm willing to pan for gold in that river, I also want new, more flexible approaches. You can get into a lot of crazy situations turning girls onto the leather scene, and some of them aren't always cool.

As for goals? I need my game back, seriously. So that's why I'm here. Beyond that, I want to transition to working solely for myself, or for a very busy, hot, ad agency. I want to get my music out there and have it pay for itself, and I want to generally experience everything life has to offer and not miss out on a thing.
