Heres the jack, need to know from others cos its wrecking my head at this stage!!
Was out at a bar last nite with a few of my mates, no PUAs except me..
As the night progressed i saw a 2 set of HB8.5's..anyway i walked up opened up and i couldnt believe what i heard.
Me:Hey Guys I need a quick opinion blah blah Time Constraint fukin blah
anyway i opened the set but little did i know that this girl knew everything i was doing and was nodding her head like a fuckin donkey!! I was like wats ur problem she goes
"ive seen the videos ive read the articles i know what your doing".
I go "oh ye and wats that"? your one of those mystery guys who goes around picking up girls ive seen them on youtube. Pretty much a shit test but i was fucking blown away i didnt no wat to say i was like dunno wat ur on about but if your going to be rude im fucking off back to my mates and i did!!
Also was out at a club called destiny on friday, EVERY GUY IN THE PLACE WAS PEACOCKING, HOW IS IT PEACOCKING IF EVERY1s DOING IT, IT MAKES NO SENSE ANYMORE!!
I love this community dont get me wrong, but after all the media and publicity it has exploded and now so many people know about it!
Anyway i just want to know what everyone thinks any input is much appreciated!!

Going mainstream is different from the programs he has been doing in the sense that they have different kinds of beneficial effects on society as a whole. With all that said, let's look at a common theme that resonates in the community... I'll quote directly from Style's Rules of the Game, "The comfort zone is enemy territory."
I think a lot of people are looking at this whole VH1 situation in a negative light because they haven't yet developed their Inner Game. These CHANGES that Mystery is bringing the community is only going to help it GROW ... but guess what? Most people (average people...who happen to be frustrated lol) RESIST change. They FEAR change. They fear the unknown because they can never have total control over the future, and this makes them uneasy.
I say we should EMBRACE change...EMBRACE growth and maturity...Let's tackle Change head-on by seeing how it can benefit us, instead of resisting any potential growth by cowering in fear. In the long run, it really does feel great to step out side of your comfort zone.

| I have had a lot of girls ask me if I'm going to ask them what kind of shampoo they use when I ask if they are best friends and one girl told me that a guy ran 5 Lies on her, plus some various random things. That's one reason I run natural game, because it doesn't bug me, I just turn it into a fun topic, or I act like I have no idea what they are talking about and transition into something else that they won't recognize as game, because it isn't published anywhere. |

My problem isn't with the PUA community going public. My problem is that the method is becoming famous while the ethics are being left behind.
Some basic foundations of PUA are:
"leave them better than you found them."
"PUA is NOT about getting women primarily, it is about improving yourself and becoming a better man."
"Honesty is always best." |

So you got caught running a routine. What do you do?
Simple, go direct:

Sounds a bit AFC doesn't it? Realize that it's not going AFC that's getting you into the set, it's being fun and unpredictable and out of the ordinary that will get people's attention. Same goes for any PUA techniques. |

I agree with Student X, we have to adapt to a changing environment. However you have one of the greatest gifts at your disposal. That big, super computer that sits on top of your neck! Go out there and make new openers, routines whatever. If you're relying on canned material then you will not advance as quickly into your desired lifestyle. I'm spouting the 'Give a man a fish' idea here.
Because women are more aware of what you do and how you do it, should only increase your desire and want to get better. As with chess (which pick up is astoundingly similar) you only get better by playing a better opponent.
So yes it does suck that women are aware of the material that has been out there for years, but canned material was only meant to be used as guidelines anyway. |
