Ok, I know all about not dating girls at work. Assume I could care less, its worked great for me before. We recently hired a girl I have known a while, we always got along great, she is somewhat shy, but we have a great rapport cocky and funny, flirty conversations etc.
Around christmas I heard she broke it off with her long term boyfriend, and was dating again. So I asked, she said sure!
A week later she was involved in a confrontation with her former boss, she told me she didn't want to date anyone at work.
I played it cool for the past 3 weeks, maybe to cool, she came up to me and said we haven't talked much recently. I wanted to say how confused I was but, I certainly didn't want her to know I was not happy with her flakey response. We recently have been talking again, I need to play it real casual, maybe take her out to lunch, maybe get a group together?
She reminds me of a girl I dated, somewhat shy, but bubbly, I had to take her out to lunch for a month, before we began going out, she was worth it.
I don't want to here move on etc. Most girls I have found are confused, and have some sort of entanglements. ex boyfriend or current.
She has been dating a new guy, about 3 weeks, but she already is not happy with him, so I am told.
How do I try again? I have also found some girls need to be asked out more than once, especially the shy ones.  |

Tricky.
You could make it a conspiracy between you and her against the boss, you know have the "us against the world" mentality going. Be careful not to get LJBF'd by SOI'ing her again, and stay flirty+fun. Of course she's a coworker so if something goes wrong, your job is probably toast.
You could also be more surreptitious and just elicit values from her, get her to describe her "perfect" boyfriend, then move the conversation towards a more sexual nature. Always have her thinking of sex when you talk to her, and make sure to tie it to yourself. I don't know if you know NLP, but look it up for a few simple patterns you can run.
You could also just game other girls, and get her to meet some of them. If they're hotter than her it works especially well. Social proof baby. This is probably the safest road to take. |
