| The opener seems too needy. It sounds like you try to show that you move among the rich and beautiful. HBs may see you as another guy trying to impress them. I would go for something more neutral and leave the DHVing for A2. |

That's a great opener, and you've stacked it as well so bravo. Just be prepared to describe your friend if they ask.
For DHV, pick out your target, then pick out something interesting about her jewelery and go from there (basically, tell the target about herself based on her jewelery while negging her for it to the group). Alternately, you can tell the AMOG or UG of the group something about her getup. Remember to rock out while you deliver this, because you were about to leave. Also look for cues from their responses to your openers, so you can shoot off to a somewhat related DHV story. There is no magic bullet for DHV stories, so it must flow from the context of the conversation you are having. A good segway into one from your opener's responses would be "Wow, informative, thanks! (Rock out) Hey that reminds me ..." |

The two are one and the same. Multiple thread your DHV stories. |

NOT true at all. Style himself has a few DHV openers. One of them being the "Cashmere" opener. The point of it IS to sound like your in the upper class. The "Cashmere" opener does the exact same thing as this one. |

| it shouldn't seem too needy. i mean, i got a time constraint + body language so this shouldn't be the issue. |

just be yourself fam. you don't need some needy opener or dhv. when you keep it real and the females see your confidence you don't won't have any sticking points.... let the convo flow smoothly and don't force anything.
... idk what other opinions i'm bout to get about this but it always works for me. gl |

| I know EXACTLY what you mean man. After the opener, then what? Well, my new solution (going to start it tomorrow) is just to say something like "that reminds me of..." or "hey, can i ask you a question, cuz...." and go into a story. Why? What else can you do? I'm open to suggestions. |

The opener is not something I would personally use, but that's the beauty of this game - it's whatever YOU feel comfortable with opening. If you believe it and feel comfortable executing it, so will she.
I had the same problem as you. I did some self-analysis, and realized that I was doing 2 things: 1) relying on an opener to take me somewhere afterward; 2) when it didn't, expected her to carry the conversation, and when she did not, I was stuck between "chasing" her with another subject (AFC move) or locking up and ending the conversation (AFC move). The way I corrected it:
1) An opener is just that - an opener. Yes, you can DHV with an opener. Yes, you can do a LOT with it. But in the end, it's just that - an opener. Good PUAs often don't remember what their opener was. It's like a boxing match - you don't just throw a jab. You keep throwing punches even if the first one connected. So treat an opener as just an ice breaker, not something that will lead into something else necessarily.
2) After the opener, I immediately launch into something situational (Note: this works for me. I know others use rune readings, esp, magic, whatever - I suck at that stuff, but I am good at storytelling and C&F so I work with what I got). I usually find something on her (clothing, jewelry, etc.), someone in the crowd I can talk about and use that as the jumping off point.
This was not easy, for me at least. It took some practice to snap out of the standard AFC ways.
Lastly, one thing Style wrote in his book that I think is crucial: To get the girl, you must be willing to risk losing her. Be yourself, try new things, and if she walks away, so be it. It will get better. |

| This is a great thread, as well as a trainee Pua I'm also a semi pro magician. The magic ALWAYS goes down well with girls but I have trouble going from an opener into a DHV of this sort as it can appear that i'm simply 'performing'. I'm trying to figure out a way I can hook, DHV and link to my opener smoothly, whilst physically becoming more involved in the group position wise.... ideas? |
