Not to sound corny or anything, any advice helps, but, what did my response demonstrate of my inner frame? And what exactly is a frame? Like, my image?

Also, can you give me an example as to reacting emotionally? And what does that suggest about me that you can see from my reaction?

well, you didn't get all upset and react by hitting back at me. you remained cool and light-hearted and unswayed.

your inner image determines your outer image. how you see yourself on the inside determines how others see you on the outside. believe you're a wuss? you will act accordingly and others will subsequently see you as a wuss. believe you're the shit? you will act accordingly and others will subsequently see you accordingly.

who you are is down to your internal belief system. shit tests are designed to show who you really are underneath all the surface hype.

I wouldn’t go there, thinking every time a woman says something negative she’s throwing a shit test to you. Sometimes women and people in general say negative things to you to see what kind of reaction they get, that’s all.

Yea, a shit test is usually done when a girl somewhat likes you and is testing you to see if you will remain non-reactionary and maintain a solid frame. This is different then when a girl puts up a bitch shield or when you get blown out and she starts getting all negative and nasty with you.
