| Okay I would like people to mention how they get over rejection fears. Where they prefer rejection locations etc... Anything to do with rejection. I'll start. I hate being rejected in schools. The thought of seeing the girl again always sickens my stomach. Oddly I am very comfortable being rejected in clubs, bars, any place where women dress up and know they will be hit on. I want someone to let me know what they fear about rejection, and or what have they done to overcome it. |

Hi Jacked.
Ok. As for getting rejected in school because you have to see the girl again............ Thats what rejection fears were made to do. That's the whole reason we go somewhere that if we get rejected we can just walk back to our friends or into another set. Because it doesn't matter what we say. To be honest thats how most guys get over thier rejection fears, by going up to women and trying to pick them up. Then they realise that getting rejected is all part of the game and we can learn to not give a crap about it. I.e. In bars and clubs.
But yeah I still do get that sick in the stomach feeling. And the longer I wait to go over the worse it gets cause the minute I get there and start talking it's gone. I think it's something to do with the little bit of adrenaline you get.

| Thanks Cir. I mean I am cool with rejection in a club, bar, mall, you know the type of place where I most likely will never see the girl again. I just can't get over my ego by being rejected in college. I would feel so dumb to see the girl again lol, I know if I did see her I would laugh because I would remember what I probably said. I am a chauvanistic (pernounciation error most likely). I fear giving a girl the upper hand, and I view college as the place where these females have an edge over me. |

I think that if you act as cool as you did when opened her when you next see her and didn't laugh but have good alpha male body language she might think "holy shit, my rejecting him didn't phase him. It's not the end of his world. Am I not that attractive etc... into paranoid girlisms."
Maybe even just aknowlege her and be laid back. Maybe smile. You could get right under her skin.
She could come to you anyway. |

| Cir, I like that. I really do like that respect Cir. Thanks. II have been phased by this type of rejectional fear for a long time Cir. I hate giving the edge to someone who can see me again and probably feel better or hell more superior than I do in a situation like college. It will take time to get over this fear but your oppinion was helpful. Does anyone have a fear they hate about rejection, or have any helfpul tips for users of this forum? |
