Web of Lies

Hey all,

Went out sarging last night and met this great 28 year old brunette getting wasted with her friends on a bachelerette party. She was quite enthusiastic, and seemed very into me, I spit next to no game at all, just walked up and danced with her, the next thing I know, we are making out, very lucky.

Regardless of that, I'm only 20, so I lied and told her I was 24, graduated, had a job..etc. You get the picture. I also found myself bending the truth on alot of other details in my life to trying to boost my value. This is the first time a girl "out gamed" me. She definitly had the higher value, and was leading me around like a cat and a string.

Now I know what your all gonna say..neg neg neg, DHV, but my question was what are the rules on bending the truth? I've read the game many times and don't really recall anything about lieing to women.

What do you all think?

Dude it is possible that you can sleep with this girl through lying. The thing is, what does it matter what we, or The Game, or TMM, or w/e have to say about lying? This is your life, and your morals. You have to make the decision: is getting laid more important than your integrity with people? Personally, I'm ok with really small lies, like using an opener that doesn't really apply to me, but I tend to stay away from lying about my age, and life situations. Another thing to consider is that the more that you lie, the smaller the chance for a relation with the person. Not so sure that's relevant here though.

Just like what's already been said. There are no "rules" about lying. Some guys will, some guys won't. I would personally go so far as to say some guys have to WHILE they are just getting started learning. After that, you have material to use. You have experience to use. Anyway, at this point, she obviously did, as you stated, have higher value because you were following her around. So, if you're looking for a relationship, sure the lies would get you in trouble, but it doesn't sound like that's where this is going anyway, so I wouldn't worry about this particular instant. Just don't lie to every single girl all the damn time, or it WILL catch up to you. Especially if you are gaming in the same place all the time.

The reason why a lot of people lie about their lives is because they are really unconfident and insecure about who they are and that others won't think highly of them. Easy way to deal with this, love who you are and the girls won't care if you work at a gas station, just as long as you let them know you have a plan and you ARE going places. You're 20 for fuck's sake, who care's whether you have career, most people your age are working at mcdonalds or going to college. Girls that are 28 and are doctors will go out with guys that work at a gas station and go to college, so why are you worried? The only thing that will stop them is if you show that you are insecure about who you are.

i would say that you took a "L" with this one. first rule in my book is NEVER LIE! it's a waste of time and you look like a ass when she finds out. your better off telling her the truth from the beginning. think about she was drunk anyway! it didn't matter if how old you where or where u worked. she woulda stuck her tongue down your throat anyway. just take this a lesson to be learned.

That is correct and relevant to a degree, when you start lying about your age and name and such it becomes creepy. If they find it out then you'll feel pretty crappy afterwards aswell.
