These types of things are easily found out just by simply using Google. Try searching things like "PUA" and "freeze out" in a search string.
To answer your question in simple terms, a freeze-out is when you ignore your target. More specifically, you are ignoring your target, not giving them any attention, in order to demonstrate that you are not an AFC, are not sitting around waiting to give them attention whenever they want, and that you are willing to walk away from them because you have other options.
You 'freeze them out' by not talking to them, turning your back to them for a while. Its only a temporary thing usually, and is usually done when a woman is not respecting your frame, or has done something wrong. The freeze out shows that you are unwilling to put up with her shit, that you have better things to do than waste time on her, and that you are busy with your own exciting life and are even willing to leave her and find the respect you deserve elsewhere.
If a woman comes back to you after you freeze her out for a bit, then you can reestablish your relationship under your own terms, so that you are in control - not her. It also lets her know not to give you any more bullshit because you won't put up with it. |

a freeze out can be similar to a takeaway depending on when you are doing it. If you are doing it during the attraction phase you do it by saying something like "we have so much in common, i cant even talk to you anymore" and turn around. that is a takeaway, you are cutting her off from the attention she wants. kind of like when you have your accounts frozen with a bank, they know you want it but you cant get it. I dont know if that analogy helped.
When you are in the seduction phase, a freeze out works with LMR. lets say you are making out and you go to take off the bra and she denies you. you give her a freeze out. DONT neglect her. dont give her any sexual attention. have her watch tv with you. 5 minutes later try again but have her do what she cut you off on. if she denies you with the pants, do it again. this time for 10 minutes. do something with her to let her know your up for anything but cut her off from all sexual emotions. dont kiss, she denied you of sexual activity, dont let her keep recieving the sexual energy from you but give none in return. |
