Hey guys

First time in AGES that I've come back and I've gone from an AFC to a half decent pull and for me, that's an acheivement!

But working more and getting better and better. One method I've seen floating about on the pick up facebook groups and such is the shot gun and rifle methods. However, I can't find any definition online for this... Any help? :) I wanna get my game better and work more on it.
