Well, first of all, she won't ask that more than likely. But, if you field test this and she does ask, you might want to try something a little more subtle. Like instead of saying I'm not interested in you which is up front and blatant, you might say "you didn't look like you'd have a boyfriend" with a slight smirk and let her question what you mean by that.

The perfect negs won't totally deny interest, they'll simply leave her wondering if you are, and why you're not showing any signs. Make her think, "he's talking to me, but isn't trying to game me... what's wrong with him? "
