Hey guys, just signed up here, though I've been active on the Dallas Lair for over a year now. I mostly use it as a tool for meeting other people who might be wings / friends IRL. Honestly I don't look to forums for advice very much because there's usually no way to tell if people know what they are talking about or not.

I assume you mean the talk in Dallas. He's giving lair talks all over the place these days.

Yep I was there. I organized it.

And for Mr. McGee, that's cool. We've got a few members from Texarkana and Shreveport who come to Dallas every now and then. As you know, it's a bit of a drive, but anyone is welcome.

Oops my mistake! Some places around here I've seen that sort of "everyone peacocks" phenomenon and its weird. Some guys you can tell it fits, other guys look like nerdy dorks in fancy outfits. Personally, I barely peacock at all, since I don't try to project a rockstar persona. Does that mean I would stand out in Shreveport? Smile

Hey! That's cool! I think i'm like the 4th girl on here, so it happens! Lol! I've yet to see a guy in Shreve with the full "rockstar" get-up! My ex is a PUA (learned a lot about being a PUA & FAST) would always wear the "rockstar" attire!

LOL! In the shreve your typical guy is plain jeans, t- shirt, okay shoes, but with a ton of rings, and a flashy belt! LOL! When I first moved down here, I was like "wow! look at all the pua's!!" and then I realized all the guys are like that! So confusing! What do you normally wear when you go out?

I usually wear a nice, but not flashy shirt with long sleeves and a collar. I have a few solid color ones from Express, and a couple others with simple patterns. I have a couple "peacocky" shirts with cool embroidery and multiple fabrics (e.g. inside the collar and front buttons). Kinda like English Laundry but not.

For accessories I have a leather/metal necklace that I usually wear. I usually wear 2 rings and I generally wear my simple watch with 2 bracelets. I do have one "fancy" watch which is made by Todd Bloom, and I love it, except I can only wear it with my "peacocky" shirts or it doesn't go.

I don't bother with flashy belts since my shirt covers it so nobody would ever see it.

For pants I have decent but simple jeans (also from Express) that fit well, or I will wear some distressed grey/black/brownish corduroy ones I have (kinda hard to describe). Those are really a bit too distressed and will probably be retired soon.

As for shoes, I have a few pair of black leather in different styles. Decent but not fancy. I really need to get some nicer ones.

So that's pretty much my wardrobe.

Oh and depending how I think the night will go I will wear red boxer shorts! Smile

Ahh... I see! I like your sense of style by the sounds of it! LOL! Although, I'd have to see pics in order to give it a full two thumbs up! LOL! J/K!!

Red boxers?! Well, well, well! Do those go over well?? lol! Personally, I prefer boxer briefs! lol!
