Without realizing this, I was using NLP and didn't even know it! I use to have one-titus for many of the girls that worked at Trinity. Now as a client we can't go out with Staff. They're will be big time charges against them for doing so. So, I had to get over them and fast. They only saw me as a client but I saw them as a potential mate. Anywyas, did you ever have a crush for a HB or dated a HB and broke up. She's still in your mind lingering-floating aimlessly driving you nuts!
I was doing some searching on reframing your frame. During the search I came up with several videos in fact that I've posted some interesting articles of how to over come AA with NLP. Here's the thing!
Imagine your ex doing something ridiculous,you know something stupid! For example imagine your ex in a pink tutu dancing around the livingroom singing..ehh-let's see...okay, singing the barney song. Plus imagine her wearing a goofy looking hat with a red nose like a clown. Pretty funny huh?
The point I'm making is if you make fun of your ex inside your head; the sooner you'll won't think about her.
You could also imagine your EX doing something fucking weird by let say-running around with antlers on her head like a reindeer. She running around the street looking like rudolph the red nose reindeer and doing cartwheels looking like a complete idiot!
Now don't think your EX getting ran over by a steam roller or anything; we want to keep it postive! Making her look ridiculous just like she made you feel ridiculous for asking her out; you'l be able to soon forget her.
This is a very good NLP trick that I was doing and also learned recently. Try it out for a couple of days! You'll notice something different and you'll stop thinking about her-maybe except the ridiculous image that is drawn into your head but however, any time you'll think of her, you'll bust out laughing! So the next time you see your EX, you'll feel nothing. Then she'll be wanting to come to you and you'll just look at her like she's a cartoon character from Nickoleon. Hope this helps guys!
