| Every day is a gift. When you wake up, take a minute to stretch and meditate, let the sunlight in your window and appreciate for a few minutes everything you are thankful for. Clear your head of all the cludder momentarily, and remind yourself, just how much of a gift it is to be alive, living and breathing for another day. Not many creatures are blessed with the abilities we humans have, enjoy them. Release your worries and invite in all the thoughts that make you smile. Today is a good day. |

| Great little blurb man. I totally aggreee. Every morning when I wake up i think of all the things im greatful for when Im doing simple things like brushing my teeth but i start as soon as my feet tocuh the floor. It really starts your day out in a good note and gets you in a positive mind set. |
