I'm with most people on here...the marriage was a little to far for the opener. Now, I like to tease the girl and say that we are 'together' or 'married' but that is when we are well past the opener. And I only do that so I can set up the take-away later. Maybe I'm wrong for even doing that? Anyone wanna help me on that?
Depends on how long and how well you and the target are familiar with each other to even start joking about the "marriage". Past experience, a girl I was seeing for about 3-4 months joked about me and her getting married and moving somewhere in the globe. My thoughts: "Bitch I will leave you as quickly as possible if you say somethin like that again."
Well if one of her friends joke about it then its ok.
If you do go around joking about it, it better be sarcastic and very brief.
example:
"Babe, if we do get married, you'll be cookin, cleanin, and doin the dishes every night until you reach 70, otherwise, you'll be cut off!!"
Until you've been dating for about a year. It should never be a serious topic unless you're discussing about your ideal marriage (not with her).
